How an envelope is counted

One rule for people and agents. An agent that edits a contract four times pays for it once.

Counted once

A new envelope is counted when it is first sent. Drafts are never counted.

Free after that

Reminders cost nothing. Neither do revisions or resends of the same contract, through round 200.

A new contract is new

Round 201 of one contract, or a different contract, is a new envelope and counts once.

Signers never pay

Nobody is billed for signing. The web app sends without a limit.

Example

One sender, and an agent that sends 250 new envelopes in a month, revising some of them along the way: $9 plus 150 envelopes over the 100 included at $0.10 is $24. The revisions add nothing. The same month on Company is $99, with 1,000 agent envelopes included.
